Solar Sales Network is an independent recruiting and talent connection network. We are not a solar installation or financing provider. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit an application, we collect what you enter in the form:

  • Your full name, phone number, email address, and city and state
  • The opportunity you're interested in, your sales or canvassing experience, and whether you've worked door-to-door
  • Anything you write about your experience or interest in solar sales
  • Your consent choices

We also collect some information automatically when you visit, such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, and the ad or link that brought you here (for example, "utm" tags in the web address). This is collected through cookies and tracking pixels — see "Cookies and tracking pixels" below.

  • To contact you by phone, text, or email about potential sales opportunities
  • To understand which ads and pages work, and to improve this website and our advertising

How your application is handled

Your application is sent by email to our recruiting team using a form-delivery service (Web3Forms). We do not keep a separate applicant database on this website. We do not sell your information.

Sharing with partners

We share your application with relevant recruiting or solar company partners only if you checked the optional partner-sharing box on the form. If you didn't check it, we won't share your application with partners.

We may also share information with service providers who help us run this website (such as email delivery and analytics), or when required by law.

Calls, texts and opting out

By submitting the form and checking the contact box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about potential sales opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time:

Cookies and tracking pixels

We keep application emails only as long as needed for recruiting purposes, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
